Biography

Adam Hesch is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Master of Professional Studies in Cybersecurity Management program at the Tulane University School of Professional Advancement, where he helps students advance and enrich their professional lives through learning.

Mr. Hesch is an experienced program and project management executive in the defense and criminal justice domains. He has delivered large-scale systems for both local and federal government agencies ranging from criminal justice information systems, human resources management, and data warehousing and advanced analytics.

Mr. Hesch is a former Naval Officer having served in the U.S. Navy until 2018. His 15+ year career with the Navy included leadership positions both afloat and ashore as a Surface Warfare Officer. Of note, Mr. Hesch was the curriculum lead for the development of a mobile team-based training program designed to prepare sailors to obtain and maintain their Cyber Security Work Force qualification within the Department of Defense.

Mr. Hesch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration in Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He holds a variety of certifications in project management, cybersecurity, and cloud and information technologies, including: Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), CompTIA Security+, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solution Architect Associate, Microsoft Azure, and other Microsoft related technologies.

Mr. Hesch lives in the New Orleans area with his wife Brittany and their family.
