Fall 2024 Tuition
- All SoPA Undergraduate courses. Post-Baccalaureate Certificates, and Professional Certificates: $1,926 per course*
- Non-SoPA undergraduate courses: $8,049 per course
- All SoPA Graduate courses and Graduate Certificates: $3,738 per course
- Master of Arts in Teaching: $1,926 per course
- Special Education and Teaching English Learners Certificates: $1,926 per course**
Nursing tuition changes to a flat rate once the student beings the 60-credit nursing program. Please see the BS in Nursing tuition below.
*Some undergraduate courses are 4 credit hours, including English 1010, and some foreign language and lab courses. These course will be charged an additional $642 for the extra credit hour, making the total course $2,568. Please check the schedule of courses to see the number of credit hours per course.
**This rate applies only to students declared as TEL or SPED certificate students. Students taking TEL or SPED courses as part of the MEd will be charged the regular graduate rate of $3,738 per course.

- Academic Support Fee: $60
- Student Activity Fee: $12 per three-credit course ($48 maximum)
- Graduate Credit for Prior Learning Portfolio Fee: $1,246
- Undergraduate Credit for Prior Learning Portfolio Fee after the first three assessments: $642
All undergraduate and graduate students must accept their offer of admission and pay a non-refundable deposit to be applied towards tuition. The undergraduate deposit is $25 and the graduate deposit is $200.
Some courses have fees to support the technology needed for high-quality virtual and on-ground experiences. These fees are always listed on the schedule of classes.

In partnership with the Tulane School of Medicine, SoPA now offers a BS in Nursing. Tuition is charged at the standard SoPA undergraduate rate of $642/credit hour for the first 60 credits. For the 60 nursing credits, the tuition is a total of $69,280. You may find more information on the nursing website.
