Dr. Amanda Aiken is a seasoned expert in Leadership Development, an accomplished Executive Coach, a visionary Social Impact Entrepreneur, and a dedicated education systems leader. With a fervent commitment to fostering thriving organizations and empowering successful leaders, Dr. Aiken stands as a beacon of excellence in the fields of education, leadership, and social change.

As the Owner and Principal Consultant of A.Leigh Solutions, a distinguished Leadership Development and Organizational Strategy firm, Dr. Aiken spearheads transformative initiatives for foundations, non-profits, school districts, educational institutions, and social impact enterprises. Her strategic insights and guidance have catalyzed growth and success across a diverse spectrum of organizations.

In addition to her impactful consultancy work, Dr. Aiken is a co-founder of The Center for Sustainable Leadership, a visionary endeavor that aims to shape sustainable and impactful leadership practices for the future.

Dr. Aiken's rich and diverse career in the education sector has seen her in pivotal roles, including Senior Chief and Schools Officer for NOLA Public Schools, Charter Network Leader, and School Leader. Her journey began as a 4th-grade Teacher, laying the foundation for her profound understanding of educational dynamics and needs.

A true advocate for the development of aspiring educators and leaders, Dr. Aiken has made significant contributions to higher education as well. Her roles as an Adjunct Professor at Tulane University, a Teaching Fellow and Academic Advisor at Harvard University, an Adjunct Professor with Relay Graduate School of Education, and an Internship Coach with the Summer Principals' Academy at Teachers College, Columbia University, underscore her dedication to nurturing the next generation of change-makers.

Dr. Aiken's academic achievements are equally impressive, holding a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Harvard University and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her academic pursuits have provided her with a deep theoretical foundation that she seamlessly translates into actionable strategies.
