Ari Zeiger

Ari Zeiger earned his BA in Print Journalism from the University of Southern California and his MFA in Creative Writing from the City College of New York. A classroom educator since 2004, Zeiger specializes in teaching both academic and creative writing to high school and college students. As a National Writing Project member for nearly a decade, he leads invitation-only Summer Institutes for teachers dedicated to improving student writing and the teaching of writing in the nation’s schools and beyond. Zeiger’s research interests include best practices in writing and reading pedagogy, as well as curriculum design.
