Biography

Dr. Demetrice Rogers serves as an adjunct professor at Tulane University's School of Professional Advancement (SoPA), bringing over 19 years of expertise in Information Technology and Cybersecurity. As an active-duty Cyber Warfare Operator in the United States Air Force, Dr. Rogers plays a critical role in safeguarding the Air Force Information Network.

With more than 5,400 hours of instructional experience and extensive faculty development training, Dr. Rogers is deeply committed to education and mentorship in his field. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science from Troy University, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management & Policy from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Doctorate in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University.

Dr. Rogers is also distinguished by a range of industry certifications, including:

  • GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA)
  • GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
  • GIAC Certified Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN)
