Erin Perry

Erin Perry, SPHR, PMP, teaches Global Business for SoPA. She is the Vice President of Talent Development at LCMC Health, where she is responsible for employee engagement, cultural transformation, workforce development, performance and talent management, and training and development efforts within the health system.

Ms. Perry has a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from James Madison University and also holds SPHR and PMP certifications.
