His extensive experience includes consultative services, technical assistance, and program design. Over the past decade, his focus has shifted toward equity-, diversity-, and inclusion-centered program assessment, design, and evaluation. Flint’s EDI leadership encompasses a broad range of activities such as strategic planning, policy improvement, culture change initiatives, and the integration of best practices into organizational frameworks. He is highly skilled in delivering workshops, coaching, and facilitating training, while also supporting board development, employee resource groups (ERGs), and toolkit creation.
Currently, Flint is a public health advisor and health equity strategist for the Louisiana Department of Health, Office of Public Health (OPH), Bureau of Planning and Performance. He co-chairs the OPH Health Equity Action Team. In addition to his professional work, Flint is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Tulane University, where he teaches in both the Undergraduate Public Health Program and the School of Professional Advancement’s Master of Public Administration Program.
