Biography

Colonel (Retired) Kenneth Baillie is a native of New Orleans and retired US Army officer with over 38 years of experience in public safety, homeland security & emergency preparedness, planning, incident management, leadership, intelligence and counterintelligence planning and operations, training, and Defense Support to Civil Authorities.  Colonel (R) Baillie began his started his career in service to the nation in 1985, joining the US Army Reserves.   He transferred to the Louisiana National Guard in 1986, where he served until his retirement.  

During his career, Colonel (R) Baillie served as a Counterintelligence Special Agent in Charge, the Joint Director of Military Support for the Louisiana National Guard, the commander of several units, and as a staff officer.  He was the senior military advisor to the New Orleans Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness and Parishes throughout Louisiana.  

His education includes a B.S. in Accounting (Louisiana State University), an M.S. in Strategic Studies (United States Army War College), and a M.S. in Homeland Security (Northwestern Louisiana State University). He is a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. a member of the Honorable Order of Saint Barbara, and a recipient of the Knowlton Award.BS,
