Kristen Rials

Kristen Rials is an emerging leader in the software and  content delivery industry.  As the Technical Communications Manager, Kristen currently leads the technical documentation delivery efforts for BeyondTrust Corporation.  BeyondTrust is a global cybersecurity market leader dedicated to proactively eliminating data breaches from insider privilege abuse and external hacking attacks.  In her current role, she oversees a diverse and international team of expert technical content creators.  Due to corporate acquisitions, she led the integration project to consolidate technical documentation from multiple global technology companies into a single user-friendly platform.  Additionally, she pioneered an effort to further evolve technical documentation into SEO-friendly and web-focused content that enhances the customer and prospect experience, which gained recognition in the technical writing community.  She also manages efforts to coordinate software release efforts between development and supporting operations for 10+ software applications in preparation for global market launches.

Prior to BeyondTrust, Kristen served as the Director of Communications and Training for eSoftware Solutions. In this role, she developed training materials, websites, marketing campaigns, and technical documentation for multiple software products.  She also served as the liaison between customers and technical teams by creating technical specifications for new software features.

In addition to technical, industry training, Kristen’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Mississippi College where she received the most outstanding English Major Award and a Masters of Science in Applied Communications from Mississippi College.
