Biography
Kristi has over 12 years of experience in the IT field. After making a career change from secondary education she found a love for project management. She has worked her way through the ranks and is currently the team lead of Service Transition at AVI-SPL. AVI-SPL is a global leader in digital enablement solutions that designs, integrates, manages, and supports on-site and cloud- based communications and collaboration technologies for organizations around the globe. In her current role she is responsible for the creation and continuous service improvement of the methodology and all project artifacts utilized by the Service PMO. She is also responsible for leading the service transition, in a project management capacity, of all strategic global accounts and keystone reference accounts for the business. She enjoys spending her free time supporting her twins in their various activities and gardening with her husband.
In addition to technical, industry training, Kristi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Pennsylvania, where she played Division I softball. Kristi has also obtained her Masters of Science in Human Behavior from Capella University.
