Biography

Dr. Monica L’Esperance is a leadership coach and team communication expert, who specializes in guiding organizations through large-scale change with clarity and intention. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development and training, she proudly serves as a strategic collaborator and partner to organizations that want to invest in their leaders, strengthen their teams, and increase their overall effectiveness.

Dr. L'Esperance earned her doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She earned her Masters of Learning Sciences from Northwestern University, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Dr. L'Esperance was recognized by the State Superintendent of the California Department of Education for co-creating a model training and development program for SFUSD.

Additionally, Monica is active in the New Orleans community and serves on the Board of Directors for two local organizations, STAIR and PUENTES. Start the Adventure in Reading NOLA (STAIR) is an organization helping improve literacy for early elementary students. PUENTES serves Latinx youth of New Orleans through leadership development, education, and career planning services.
