Nathan Peterson is an adjunct instructor at Tulane University and teaches Cyber Security related courses. As a Cyber Security Analyst with over 17 years working in the DoD, he collaborates with cyber teams to enhance capabilities to defend national interests. Mr. Peterson earned his B.A. in Information Technology from Tulane University in 2006, and M.B.A in Information Security Management from St. Leo University in 2009. He also holds two associates degrees in IT from the Community College of the Air Force.

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
I'd love to cliff jump at Lake Powell, mountain bike at Slick Rock in Moab, or ski in Park City. Traveling anywhere in Utah is always an adventure!

What is your favorite thing about SoPA?
The best thing about SoPA are the diverse backgrounds of every student and how each student adds value by sharing their professional experience.

What is the best advice you've ever received?
It's always good to hear "don't wait" every now and then. It keeps me on track...
