Biography
Nicole Kiernan is the Nursing Admissions Coordinator at the School of Professional Advancement. Nicole brings more than 8 years of experience supporting students to identify and reach their academic, personal, and employment goals.
Nicole has lived in New Orleans for over 10 years and has discovered which sunscreens work best for enjoying festivals and life along the Mississippi River. She began her career at Tulane University in 2018 as an Academic and Career Advisor with Newcomb-Tulane College and joined the Career Services team as a Senior Student and Employer Advisor in June 2020.
She also has experience as a counselor, employment specialist, program coordinator, and transition support specialist in non-profit settings. Nicole holds a M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Addiction Studies from the Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education & Counseling, and a B.A. in English with minors in Geology and Anthropology from Rutgers University.
