Biography
Mr. Williams is the Chief Architect for Eagle Harbor Solutions. He has been architecting and implementing enterprise systems for the public sector for more than 20 years. His clients include the US Navy, US Patent Office, USDA and the Office of Veterans Affairs. His expertise includes Agile Software Delivery, Cloud Architecture, SOA, MicroServices, Containerization, and DevSecOps.
During his career, he has provided programmatic and technical leadership for teams ranging from a single Scrum Team of 1-14 teams all delivering on the same project. He has enjoyed mentoring more than 100 technologists throughout his career from all over the country.
He has a Masters in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University and maintains multiple industry certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Architect, SOA Certified Architect, Certified Scrum Master and more.
