Biography
Andrew Gregorian, Esq., a native of Los Angeles, California, has practiced law for 14 years in both the private and public sectors – negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts involving health care, film production, and property sales and leases. Currently, Andrew serves as the Chief Deputy of Contracts for the City of New Orleans. A public servant for the last 10 years, Andrew has managed contracts for various city agencies including Homeland Security, Emergency Management, NOPD and NOFD to name a few. He previously served as the Director of Management Services and in-house counsel for Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority. Andrew is an adjunct faculty member at Tulane University in the School of Professional Advancement and also serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the General Legal Studies Program. He earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from The University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University.
