Biography
Jessica Daigle is a New Orleans-area native who earned a post-BA certification in Digital Design from the Tulane School of Professional Advancement. She is currently a Senior Content Specialist for Ochsner Digital Medicine. Until 2021, she was an editor for Tulane School of Medicine.
Jessica studied at University of New Orleans and holds a degree in mass communication, with a concentration in journalism, from LSU Baton Rouge. She also holds a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) through Cambridge University. As a former ESL teacher, she has taught English in Korea, Spain, and Mexico.
Jessica’s past non-profit volunteer experience includes involvement with One Book One New Orleans, Young Leadership Council, AmeriCorps, New Orleans Film Society, and Cripple Creek Theater Company. Her side hustle has been bartending in various watering holes for most of her adult life.
Jessica is a resident of Arabi and serves on the St. Bernard Parish Library Board and the Leadership St. Bernard Committee. She lives with her partner and their dog, Brisby, and is an avid reader who also enjoys travel and film.
