Biography
Laukik Suthar is an Executive in the public sector supporting Technology and Cybersecurity from an investigative and exposure factor since 2022. He is the senior expert and criminal investigative advisor for worldwide organization that handles technical investigations, operations, and digital/multimedia forensics to detect, deter, and neutralize criminal and foreign intelligence threats.
Mr. Suthar served previously the Chief Information Officer from 2019-2022. He was the senior expert and advisor for information technology, cybersecurity, and data strategy. He oversaw information operations and development, data security, digital infrastructure, delivery, and related initiatives in support of global activity. He deployed mobile solutions and the ability to access applications worldwide in the face of obstacles. His work improved digital business capabilities and security, while benefitting personnel.
Mr. Suthar has over 21 years as a public servant. He has collaborated effectively with agency partners during assignments, including his former roles as Senior Advisor and member, Cybersecurity Readiness Review, chartered by a military service; member of the Cyber Task Force, Hawaii; worked along US CYBERCOM; and other Liaison positions to effectively partner.
Mr. Suthar has a Master of Forensic Sciences degree with a concentration in High Technology Crimes from George Washington University; and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tulane University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Department of Defense Certified Computer Crime Investigator, and alumnus of the George Marshall Center, Program of Cyber Security Studies. He has received the Armed Forces Civilian Service Medal, the Joint Civilian Service Achievement Award, the National Counterintelligence and Security Professional Team Award, the Superior Civilian Service Award, and other awards.
