Maria Villafranco
Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources, Tulane University
Biography
Maria joined the Tulane team in 2012. In her role as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources, she manages all administrative operations of the department and collaborates with the HR leadership group to facilitate the success of the department’s many initiatives.
Maria earned her Associate of Arts in Human Resource Development from Tulane’s School of Professional Advancement. She is a member of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) and is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional.
Maria also serves in leadership roles for several philanthropic organizations, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
