Merrick Sloss

Merrick is the Vice President of Bellwether Technology, a Managed Information Technology provider for small and medium sized businesses across the southeast. He is involved in all facets of the business and, enjoys talking to local leaders about how they can leverage technology to solve modern business challenges.

Merrick graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Finance and went on to earn his MBA with a specialization in Data Analytics from Tulane in 2017. From there, he joined Bellwether as a Business Intelligence Associate before moving into his current role.

In business since 1980, Bellwether is family owned and operated, employing 60 IT professionals across the region. Bellwether’s commitment to its employees is reflected by earning the recognition of The Times-Picayune’s “Top Workplaces” four years in a row and CRN’s Top 500 MPSs annually since 2014.

Merrick grew up around the corner from Tulane and is a lifelong New Orleanian. When he’s not working, he enjoys fishing, playing tennis and trying all the new restaurants New Orleans has to offer.
