Biography
Based here in New Orleans, Peter leads DXC’s new People Science function, oversees the peoples’ operations of the Regional Innovation Delivery Center, manages the Higher Education Partnership, supports the New Orleans community through his work on the Mayor’s Workforce Development Board and engagement with several organizations.
Peter began his career as an attorney and practiced law for 18 years. In 2007, he transitioned over to HR and became a People Geek committed to helping people thrive and organizations gain a competitive people advantage by resolving their complex people challenges; building a people-first culture; and integrating people analytics into their strategic mindset.
He brings a blended HR background in healthcare, technology, and management consulting with significant global HR experience designing and delivering critical initiatives of varying complexity and scale.
A driving force behind the creation of the Greater New Orleans Higher Education Consortium and member of several industry advisory boards, Peter strongly supports the need to integrate business and technology into our college and high school curricula.
He has a JD in health law from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Health Administration from the School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine at Tulane University.
Peter is a certified professional in Change Management and Project Management; Vice-Chairman, ACMP Speaker Committee; and a Tulane Alumni Career Mentor.
