Emily Baugher

Emily is an experienced global sales leader with deep experience aligning business strategy with technology and cybersecurity. Currently with HCL Software, she is the Head of the Federal Business. When she joined HCL, she ran Banking, Financial Markets and Insurance Industry for Wall Street Clients. During her 17 years with IBM, she led the global relationships for Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase. Prior to joining IBM, Emily held executive positions with JPMorgan Chase, Mainspring, and Certco. Recognized for her ability to generate excellent financial results, she is a skilled leader and builder of teams to support global enterprise solutions. She has earned a reputation as an innovative problem solver with a consultative approach in start-ups, small to mid-size companies, and major multi-national organizations.
