Eve Melvan

Eve Melvan is the Senior Technical Product Manager at LiquidX, the first and largest global network for transacting illiquid assets across the trade finance, working capital and trade credit insurance asset classes boasting sales of $25B in Fortune 1000 receivables and one of the world’s five largest asset managers among other brand name liquidity providers.

Eve earned her B.A. in Communications and Political Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign followed by a successful career at Well Fargo in San Francisco. Joining Capital One in 2000, she served in senior Business Analyst, Agile Team Lead and Data Modeling roles supporting the Commercial Banking, Traded Products, and Retail and Direct Banking lines of business. At LiquidX Eve distills emerging corporate finance trends between sellers, liquidity providers and the operational, regulatory, and legal constraints of the exchange to architect a buildable specification for new product delivery. An expert in trustable workflows, requirements, and UI designs within complex business rule sets, Eve has led hundreds of successful software concepts from greenfield ideation through the software rollout.

Eve grew up on the southside of Chicago and settled in New Orleans in 2000. She is a member of Krewe of Muses and a regular attendee at local festivals throughout the state.
